PayPal abandons Amazon Fire apps, BlackBerry and Windows Phone June 30

PayPal will not support the Windows Phone platform, Amazon Fire and BlackBerry 10 and announced that after 30 June will remove support. This decision the company expressed with the words: "It is important to ensure that we invest our resources on creating the best experience for our customers."

However, hope is not lost entirely because Paypal said it would continue to support mobile web application platforms. Also BBM and Outlook.com users can send money to their friends through PayPal.

This news comes shortly after the publication of version 6.0 of the application for Android and iOS which encourage users to update their company before June 30. During the last quarter the company reported billion dollar transactions 1:41. Total payments increased by 28.6% to 81.06 billion dollars.
